There are prizes for all skill levels! \nPlease see below for brief details on what’s in store & how to register for the upcoming season: \n– The SUNDAY LADDER League will be returning on November 6th\, 2022\, and will run until April 23rd\, 2023 which will be playoff day.  To make it more accessible for everyone we have omitted holiday and Superbowl weekends because we understand weekends often hold other plans that somehow don’t involve pinball!?! Wondering exactly which weekends those actually are? How does it work you ask?\nThere will be 5 frames (games) bowled with a target score for each game. Reach the target score in 1 ball you get a strike\, 2 balls a spare and 3 balls a graduated score between 2-15 just like 5 pin bowling.\nGet couple strikes in a row your score can multiply quickly. We will also go through questions on the event day.

DESCRIPTION:Hello Women Pinball Players of Calgary!\nI am excited to announce the autumn session dates of the Calgary Pinballettes Women’s Pinball League! Fall can be a busy time for many—with work and going to school and such—but sometimes you still just want to play pinball. Well\, we have just the cure! Our fall league will start on September 12\, 2022 and run every second Monday until December 5\, 2022.\n-Can’t make it to every tournament? No problem! Your lowest two nights will be dropped. In other words\, only 5 nights will count towards your final league score that counts towards finals. In other-other-wards\, you can miss two nights and still make the finals! Best 5 of 7 nights count towards finals. Finals are not for women’s IFPA points\, only for cash prizes.\n-Each league night will consist of six rounds of MatchPlay other than Dec. 5\, which will consist of three games for the finals as well.\n-On Dec. 5—the final league night—we will do our final six rounds of MatchPlay and then our finals will take place.\n-Finals will consist of three games played by the top four players in each division using PAPA scoring(4210). Standings for finals will be calculated using best 5 of 7 league nights.\n-League will take place at The Hidden Spot located at #125 2323 32nd Ave\, NE Calgary\, AB.\n-Registration will start at 6:20 pm (you can always arrive earlier to eat or practice) and MatchPlay Tournament play will begin at 7pm.\n-It is $2 to play in each tournament and machines will be on coin drop (meaning you will need to bring six loonies minimum to play the machines–one loonie per machine).\n-ALL SKILL LEVELS AND AGES ARE WELCOME! It is a family venue!\n-There will be cash prizes! A Division: $50 for 1st\, $30 for 2nd\, $20 for 3rd\, $10 for 4th. Read below 🙂 \n– Dates are as follows:\nNOVEMBER – 6th and 20th\nDECEMBER – 4th and 18th\nJANUARY     – 8th and 22nd\nFEBRUARY  – 5th and 26th\nMARCH        – 5th and 19th\nAPRIL           – 2nd and 16th\nFINALS WILL BE APRIL 23rd\, 1:00 PM \n– The league format will be the same as the previous season (PAPA league scoring)  \n– website for scores and groups: dsp.league.papa.org\nCheck out this website to see previous seasons and how the ladder and scoring work!! \n– Registration from 12:00pm-12:45pm (must confirm attendance on arrival each meet)\,          LADDER BEGINS AT 1:00PM \n– The entry fee for the season is $20.00 (please EMT fees to info@deathsavepinball.ca) \nor $5 for drop-in on individual league days. \n– All ages & skill levels are welcome\, drop-ins are also welcome (each meet includes an IFPA submission with points).\n– Machines will be on coin drop each session. \n– The season finals playoffs will be held on April 23rd\, with the best 9 of 12 sessions (TBD) counting towards the season total for A\, B\, C\, D & Novice divisions (Dependent on numbers of players). \nThere will be prizes for the winners at all skill levels and fun for all! \n– Covid Guidelines & Regulations/Restrictions will be followed subject to the governance of the Alberta Government and the facility operator’s requirements.  \nEmail info@deathsavepinball.ca to register ASAP as there are limited spots available. \nE-transfer to info@deathsavepinball.ca  is the preferred payment method for league entry fees. \nIf E-transfering\, please add your first and last name in the notes when you send and confirm your registration via email or by contacting a DSP organizer. If you are paying in cash for the full season\, please make sure we receive the payment prior to the start of the first meet (no later than 12pm on November 5th\, 2022)\, otherwise\, you will not be able to play until the entry fee is received.
