SCPL “Social League” Season 8
-CANCELLED until further notice Every second Tuesday night Jan 7 to Apr 28, 2020 @ Century Sports, 1010 42 Ave SE (bowling alley side)
– Sign-in closes at 6:30pm and action starts by 7pm
– Random balanced groups, 5 rounds per night, IFPA scoring
– best 6 of 8 meets count towards finals (9 meets total)
– skill divisions by IFPA ranking with equal prizing per division
– IFPA registered
– machines on coin drop
– $20 per person for season prizes, but drop-in/guests always welcome for no cost

Some quick updates on SCPL and other goings on:
– the Century Sports location is family friendly until close, so minors are welcome to participate without time restrictions. Bonus!
– please note the switch to Tuesday nights (from Wednesdays in the fall), and that the scheduling is opposite weeks from the Maidens of the North League
– also note the slightly earlier sign-in time of 6:30pm (from 7pm previously), so that we can ensure that we wrap up by 10pm which is due to Century Sports earlier closing time. If you are running late no worries, just email or text and we will be sure to get you into the mix for the night
– SCPL Team League will be taking a break this Winter season but we will be running Season 2 in the Spring. Thanks to all that participated in Season 1 this past Fall. We had a blast running it and it sure seemed like everyone had fun taking part in this unique spin on competitive pinball action. Congrats to ‘A’ Champs “Cromulons”, A-Runner-ups “Ballzheimers”, B-Champs “Tacos and Taquitos” and B-Runner-ups “Dave Clark Five”. Hope you all keep your split finger skills up until we return!
