THANK YOU for making DSP one of the largest (maybe largest?) pinball leagues in Canada! We have 78 people registered for the Fall season. It’s going to be a great one!
Wednesday August 27 League Night Info (Drop-Ins Welcome)
Check-in is between 6:00 and 6:40pm. You must confirm attendance on arrival for each session by initialing the sign-in sheet (found on the DSP table at Hidden Spot night of the event).
The league is FULL but we never have 100% attendance. Drop-ins are handled on a first come first serve basis with priority for out-of-town players. Drop-in fee is $5, plus Coin Drop.
If you are running late but will arrive shortly after 6:45PM please email us at this email address (info@deathsavepinball.ca) to get in touch with one of the organizers prior to 6:40PM and we can check you in this way as well.
LOCATION for the league is The Hidden Spot #125, 2323 32nd Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 6Z3. It is off of 30th Avenue and 23rd Street NE.
If you are not able to attend every week it’s ok as you can miss 3 of the 9 events as your top 6 count for your skill division rank. There are prizes for all skill levels.
New for Fall 2025 season
- We have added PACE Matchplay and pin golf to the side event rotation. Keep things fun!
- The Wednesday, December 17th session #9 playoffs will be held on Thursday, December 18th and will have the top 24 players make playoffs with 48 plus players.
League Details
- The league format will be the same as the previous season (6 rounds of matchplay, with session playoffs on the in-between week). Scoring (7 / 5 / 3 / 1).
- All ages & skill levels are welcome, drop-ins are also welcome (each meet includes an IFPA submission with points).
- Playoffs for each meet will be held on the in-between week for the top 16 players (there is no fee to play if you qualify for the playoffs, only coin drop).
- We will hold MAX match play, PACE Matchplay, pin golf, pin bowling and strike events in the in-between week for all league players and drop-ins. Next week’s side event is MAX match play.
- Machines will be on coin drop each session.
- The season finals playoffs will be held Sunday January 4 with the best 6 of 9 sessions counting towards the season total for A, B, C, D, & Novice divisions (Dependent on number of players top 8 in Div C, D and Novice and the top 6 in Div A and B). See Facebook for schedule.
